Team Structure/ Process
If you are a start up then we can work with you to create a bespoke team structure, tying this into budgets and timelines. We can support with the recruitment of these candidates through different medians and contacts.
Once the team members are hired, we can offer an onboarding and training to particular & relevant areas until all processes and systems are set up and the business is running smoothly.

Planning/ Stock
In order to create deliverables, we would review the way that the company buys stock, looking at full price sales, terminal stock, mark downs & any off price business.
We would provide the brand with detailed planning tools to manage their buys efficiently .
Range Planning
If there was an existing range plan, we would review the companies existing range plans, look at categories, options, spend per category over wholesale and retail. We would asses the adoption rate, and options bought per category. We would also analyse the sales per option and category level by each revenue stream and ensure the company is working in the most efficient way.
From this stage, we can create detailed range plan, at category and option level based on the sales and product strategy of the brand. Whilst all companies over sample for market or buys, we can help manage the wastefulness of this and support with streamlining and editing the collection appropriately.
Business Pans/ Cashflow
If you are a start up or a turnaround, we can create a detailed 3 year business plan including revenue forecasts, direct costs and overheads, this can be linked to a monthly cashflow.
We can tailor an investment pack and robust business plan to go and raise investment with.
For more established businesses, we can analyse and review the existing P&L, along with the short and long term cashflow, looking at all revenue streams and % of revenue for each channel as well as drilling down into the overheads and direct costs.
We can then reforecast and offer strategic advice on increasing revenue and reducing direct costs and overheads.
